In the early 1990's an alliance formed between two Ohio companies. Oakland Wood, Ltd., an Amish-owned company located in the beautiful rolling farm country southwest of Canton, manufactures solid wood Amish furniture - dining room chairs, kitchen bar stools, rocking chairs, swivel desk chairs and more. Faull & Son, LLC, located near Youngstown, manufactures furniture swivels and sells them to chair and bar stool manufacturers. Oakland Wood has been a loyal customer of Faull & Son for many years, purchasing bar stool swivels for their hand-crafted stools and chairs.
Built on Friendship
This business alliance over the years has grown into a rich friendship. In 2006, we began formulating the idea of offering Oakland Wood's Amish furniture to the public via the World Wide Web. As you know, the Amish belief system prohibits the use of electricity, so the responsibility of building a website would necessarily fall to someone else. Therefore Faull & Son www.FaullAndSon.com volunteered to build a website, with the thought that this would be a great opportunity to offer via the internet exceptional, top quality furniture built by Ohio's Amish.

We offer beautifully handcrafted Amish chairs and bar stools, made with solid wood and attention to detail, satisfaction guaranteed. Some have the Swiv-lon® swivel (with the lifetime warranty) and some do not have a swivel, but we know that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.
