You do not have to wonder how much more it is going to cost you for
your Amish dining room chair or kitchen bar stool. Ohio
customers will be charged a sales tax however.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER
You choose the stain color, the wood, the
height, the fabric, the tack pattern style, and the impression on the
top rung. Plus if you have other special specifications that
you would like, just let us know and usually our Amish craftsmen can
accommodate your desires. Depending on the request, there may be an extra charge required.
After your payment is received, a fax will
be sent within 24 hours to our Amish manufacturer. The item will be
custom-made to your order, which takes approximately 6-8 weeks, then
it is shipped directly to you via FedEx or DHL ground service.
Each item is individually packed and shipped to reduce the chance of
damage. Your item will also be insured for it's full value in case of
damage during the shipping process. Please open the package carefully
and make sure there are no scratches or damage. If your package was
damaged, keep all boxes and packaging materials and e-mail us at sales@amish-chairs.com with
a brief description of the damage.
Shortages and errors must be reported to sales@amish-chairs.com within
15 days of item delivery.
GUARANTEE
All our products are 100% authentic
Amish made furniture, handcrafted with care and precision. Every
Amish dining chair and stool we sell comes with a 1 year guarantee against
defects in materials and workmanship. Should you detect a defect or
damages in any way, simply contact us and we will have the items repaired
or replaced at our discretion with no charge to you.
The Swivlon® bar stool swivels from Faull
& Son carry a lifetime warranty. If there is any failure in normal use
of the stool, please call us and we will promptly replace the swivel
free of charge.
RETURN POLICY
You may change or cancel your order within
one week of placement and we will notify the Amish manufacturer. Your
order is sent via U.S. mail as soon as humanly possible during the first
business day after you place your order.
We do our best to ensure the order is filled
correctly, as it is our goal to have completely satisfied customers.
If we make an error on your order, we will fix it at no charge to you.
However, since all of our products are custom made, if you make an error
in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because
we are not able to recover our cost.
If you refuse a package for reasons other
than damage, the refund will be at our discretion. At the very minimum
you will be charged for the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information that you submit to
our site will be used only for order information. Your address information
will be used only to ship your order, and your e-mail and telephone
number will be used only if we need to communicate with you. No information
will be sold or disclosed to any third parties.
